What is Staging?
Staging consists of cleaning, decluttering, repairing, depersonalizing, and updating the home to entice buyers to picture themselves in the space.
Sometimes we work with a homeowner’s existing belongings and other times we bring in outside inventory to furnish a home.
The rooms most commonly staged include living rooms, kitchens, primary bedrooms, bathrooms, and dining rooms.

According to the 2021 National Association of Realtors Profile of Home Staging:
82% of buyers found it easier to visualize a staged property as their future home
41% of buyers indicated they are more willing to walk through staged homes they saw online
Sellers who invest about 1% of the sale price in staging saw a 7% return on investment
How much does staging cost?
Every seller that we work with receives a complimentary staging consultation. The cost of staging ranges depending on the scope of services, but for most listings, we are able to offer discounted rates more affordable than other professional home stagers.
