She was quick to contact the listing broker and get us all the information on the property. Megan is very knowledgeable about the market and laid out the process and potential outcomes. I was a first time home-buyer therefore I had many questions and she was quick to respond. There was never a time of day that she was not available to us. Her energy is unmatched and I can not recommend her enough!

Megan helped us put an offer on a home and secure a contingency with the sale of our own home. The process overall went smoothly and when we had a hiccup with the inspection of our home, she was there to ensure it got done. She secured a photographer quickly, so we could get our home on the market. Day two, we had a couple offers and were able to move along to secure our sale and purchase. Megan is very personable and helps ease normal concerns with buying and selling a home. Anytime we had questions, she responded in a timely manner.

A couple years before this experience, we had tried to purchase another home even though we were also considering rebuilding the home we lived in. She was gracious to answer questions and help us even though we weren't sure we were going to buy something new. We highly recommend Megan as she is willing to help in anyway she can, even if it may not lead to an immediate sale or purchase. She loves the community and knows the area. Working with Megan during our home buying process was an absolute dream! She gave us great information and toured homes with us in the Seattle area when we visited about six months ago (we lived in Arizona at the time). When we finally made the journey up to Washington she was right on top of getting us to as many showings as we needed and was always extremely responsive to any questions we may have had along the way. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, but I would especially recommend her for first time buyers! My husband and I had never purchased anything larger in value than a car and we had no idea what to expect. She was incredibly informative and answered all of our millions of questions (I seriously had a lot and she was very patient!) about everything from the property itself to what the language on the offer documents meant. I appreciate that Megan always focused on writing a competitive offer, but made sure that we understood what waiving certain aspects meant in a worst case scenarios and never pressured us to make choices outside of our comfort zone. However she was also very clear however about how some things could negatively impact our offer. At times it could feel discouraging but we realized she was helping keep things realistic for us so that we didn't have unobtainable expectations. In the end she helped us find a house that is perfect for us and our corgi, Tucker, and it was well within our price range. She is a straight shooter who is great at her job and is thorough in her research - not to mention, she is a hoot :)

She is such a fantastic being! Her knowledge of the local area saved us from putting a bid that was too high for a house in the area.
