Fall Fiesta in West Seattle: The Hill Team’s Annual Client Appreciation Party

Every fall, The Hill Team hosts one of our favorite traditions — the Fall Fiesta, our annual client appreciation party held at C&P Coffee Company in the heart of West Seattle. What started as a small gathering to say “thank you” to our amazing clients, friends, and neighbors has grown into one of our most joy-filled community events of the year.

C&P Coffee’s cozy backyard is the perfect spot for this celebration. Guests enjoy delicious tacos from our favorite local taco truck, while kids (and a few adults!) dive into crafts, games, and activities scattered throughout the garden. The laughter always builds to a high point when it’s time for the piñata — a fan favorite and the unofficial finale of every Fall Fiesta.

One of the highlights of the event is hearing from Barb Oliver, who leads Sound Foundations NW, a nonprofit that builds transitional tiny homes for people moving out of homelessness. Barb shares updates on their latest projects and reminds us why community support matters. We love that the Fall Fiesta gives us a way to not only celebrate with our clients but also connect with causes that make a difference right here in the Pacific Northwest.

As a team based in West Seattle, we’re deeply rooted in this community — it’s where we live, work, and love helping people find their homes. Our clients come from all over the region, but this event always brings us back to where it all began.
